Simon Dreisback of Onondaga County, New York

Dreisbach Book Supplement B, pg. 539:

Martin descendant Ann Wohlhueter first discovered this mysterious branch of the family when researching Michigan census records. She found two Driesback girls living in Michigan whom she couldn't fit into any of the existing families known at the time. Tracing these two girls back eventually led to the discovery of an unknown Simon, born in Pennsylvania and buried in Cicero Center Cemetery with several family members.

Little more is known of this branch, except it's tempting to assume (based on the name, of course) that this Simon descends from Simon Sr. He was in New York by 1822, for he married a local girl in Montgomery County New York. Several children were born in Montgomery County. Simon and his wife eventually settled in Onondaga County, where several more children were born and where their children were raised
